Medallion pays for two inspections per year on equipment at approved locations. All equipment must be inspected when leasing on unless current inspection is less than 30 days

Roadside inspection bonus program. $100.00 paid to the truck owner for inspections with no equipment or driver defects.

Brokerage commission paid on a 60/40 split of profit or 90/10 split of gross depending on agen’ts business with a minimum to Medallion of $75.00

- Broker/Contract carrier paid with 21 days of receipt of invoice. Quick pay available (7 day pay) for 2% charge

Comdata cards available for payment to broker/contract carriers in some cases

Base plates available at cost deducted from contractor settlements at $50.00 or $75.00 per week, depending on the time of year, until paid (agency may offer other terms upon its guarantee)

Loads can be sent into corporate office by scanning from an agent’s office (scanner provided in some cases), pre paid envelopes, Trip Pak, or Fed Ex. Agent decides the best way to send in paperwork for their operation.

No up-front monies required of contactor at time of leasing

Advance of 35% of the gross automatically to Comdata once equipment is dispatched on a load

Contractor responsible for fuel taxes. A fuel tax deposit of $10.00 per week will be held and applied to quarterly road and fuel taxes

Physical damage insurance available at 4% of the stated value plus $7.50 a month service fee. (Deducted weekly / $2500.00 deductible)

Non-trucking liability insurance available ($7.85 per week). Contractor can maintain own non-trucking liability insurance. Required coverage minimum $1,000,000

Occupational Accident / Contingent Workers Compensation insurance offered at $36.00 per week.

Contractor responsible for the cost of permits for the first year approximately $240.00 deducted at $60.00 per week. Medallion will pay for permits each year thereafter for all equipment with a minimum of $90,000 billed line haul revenue.

Trailer rental available with company and leased trailers. Rates vary depending on location

Contractor escrow of $1000.00 for all units. Withheld at a rate of $50.00 per week (escrow for fleet owners may be calculated on the fleet basis).
